2025 Homeowners Affordability Tax Credit
2025 Homeowners Affordability Tax Credit (HATC)
The Government of Manitoba has announced the Homeowners Affordability Tax Credit (HATC) for 2025. It allows eligible homeowners to reduce their school taxes by as much as $1,500.
Most eligible Manitoba homeowners will automatically have their principal residence declaration carried forward from last year and do not need to file a new declaration for the HATC.
